About Me

My Story

I am a designer with a logical mind, currently transitioning my career into data analysis. For over a decade, I’ve used design to solve problems and communicate ideas clearly. Now, I’m applying that same mindset to data.

My journey into this field started organically. I’ve always been fascinated by patterns, which led me to build detailed spreadsheets for personal projects—from tracking astrological data to analyzing cultural trends. I realized that the process of cleaning data, finding connections, and presenting findings was what I enjoyed most. It combined my logical thinking with my passion for storytelling.

I am now fully committed to this new path. I am building a formal foundation through certifications like Cisco’s Data Analytics Essentials and actively learning the essential tools of the trade, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms. My design background gives me a unique edge in understanding how to present data in a way that is not only accurate but also clear, engaging, and impactful.

I am excited to find an opportunity where I can contribute my unique blend of skills as I continue to grow and learn as a data professional.

Personal Projects

My personal projects reflect my passion for learning and my analytical curiosity.

  • Kokeshi Tarot: A full-fledged product development and launch. This project honed my skills in market research, independent project management, e-commerce, and social media analytics. I used data from platform insights to inform my content and engagement strategy.

  • Data Analysis Learning Path: I am currently focused on building my data portfolio. This involves taking online courses and beginning to work on public datasets to practice data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using my new skills in Excel and SQL. My next step is to create my first full Tableau/Power BI dashboard.

  • Web & Content Projects: Projects like ‘La Danza de la Vida’ and various illustration ventures were practical masterclasses in audience engagement. I regularly analyzed website and social media metrics (using native platform analytics) to understand audience behavior and refine my content strategy for better reach and impact.

These projects showcase my initiative, my ability to learn new domains, and my drive to apply a data-informed approach to all of my work.

Let's work together!
